Cranial Sacral Therapy: $80 for a one-hour session. This unique treatment releases head and brain stress, relieves headaches and neck pain as well as relaxes the whole body. Cranial Sacral sessions are performed with a light touch (5 grams of pressure) to release adhesions in the spine and trauma to the body. This is an excellent treatment for anyone who recently had a whiplash, severe injury, neck or back pain, or is emotionally traumatized.

Hot Stone Therapy: $130 introductory session for one and a half hour session (regularly $140 at spas). The application of hot stones to the body not only emits a profoundly, penetrating heat that melts tension from each muscles but also submerges you in a state of oneness with the Earth.

Hot stones are placed on the chakras (energy centers in the body), spine, hands and feet, and are also used as massage tools directly on the muscles. Hot stones are sometimes combined with cool stones to produce a flushing of blood to the area and a release of toxins. Hot Stone therapy produces a deep release of tension and nervous fatigue. It brings a more balanced flow of energy to the body. Hot Stone therapy softens the muscles, allowing for very deep penetration with deep tissue.

Cost: 1-hour massage is $85. 1-1⁄2 hour massage is $130.
Kristina's 1-hour introductory rate is $75. House calls are $100 per hour and $135 for 1-1/2-hour massage.

Intuitive Reading/Coaching: First half-hour session is free! $50 for first hour-long session / regularly $100 per session. On-going intuitive coaching sessions are $85 an hour.
